Exchange Policy – Offside Club

At Offside Club, we want you to have the best shopping experience.
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Damage Issue (Our Side)
If the product you received is damaged or defective, we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost to you. Please share an unboxing video or clear photos within 24 hours of delivery for verification.

2. Size Issue (Customer Side)
If you wish to exchange due to a size issue or personal preference, the customer must bear the two-way delivery charges (pickup + reship). The product should be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new size.
